wow i’m like wiiired right now

hey everyone!

one of the most important coping methods of a mental health condition is to be aware of your thoughts and emotions.  so now, i often question the causes of my mood swings and try to track down patterns.

well, i’m super wired right now, and i haven’t taken sleeping pills in over 5 years, but i took a pill of melatonin just now cuz i have an early day at work tmrw.

good night, everyone!  time to seriously try to unwind.
